Forgot to say we were all sitting in the mens part of the airport! Otherwise poor tim would have been sitting on his own for hours with all these Afghan men! There was a small ladies and childrens area but bunged full. There was a bit of staring at us from the men but we sat in a corner and faced away! The men were glued to the TV in the waiting area, we discovered it was because of the NATO airstrike that killed civilians.
